You will then receive confirmation emails and amount due emails, which will specify the different ways in which the payment can be made.
OnlineOption to pay by card where you can input your card details and pay online. Option to pay by Paypal. Both the mediums incurs a 3% handling fee.
By CardYou can pay with a debit card or credit card, if you pay with a credit card there will be a 3% handling fee. Please note we are unable to accept American Express.
By Bank TransferYou can pay straight into our bank account. The details of our bank account are on the ‘confirmation’ and ‘amount due’ emails.
By ChequeYou can send a cheque to us. Please give the office a call us on +91 9899692790 before you choose this option.
How the Booking Process Works
- When you book, you are making a provisional reservation by paying a 50% deposit.
- We confirm availability and then send you a final confirmation
- If for any reason we are unable to confirm dates or an alternative of your choice, your deposit is refunded in full.
- We would always suggest that you wait until you receive your final confirmation before booking any travel arrangements.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made as per the conditions of the particular travel service / schedule. In case of cancellation of reservations and/or tour/travel services due to any avoidable/ unavoidable reason(s) we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the intimation in writing.
During “Peak-Season,” any particular hotel/ other service provider may implement a different cancellation policy. The travel agent is bound to follow the specific cancellation policy; and in case of variation from the above stated policy, the excess in cancellation charges will be borne by the guest and not by Bespoke Tours.
Modifications/Cancellations sent directly to the hotels/ service providers will not be honoured.
Refund PolicyIf the walk or any part thereof cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure, DelhiWalks.in ( A Unit of YEXPLORE) shall not be responsible to give any refund. However, at its sole discretion, the Company can give the refund based on various factors and the final decision on the quantum of refund shall lie with its management.
The client cannot claim Refund if he/ she does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, etc due to any reason whatsoever.
